Can I trust Pintapin?

Pintapin, launched in 2015 with international investment, is the first and only site that allows you to book and pay for Iranian hotels from outside of Iran. We are very proud of this and work very hard to ensure all of the information on our site is up to date and accurate. In addition, we are certified by the Iranian Ministry of Tourism.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

As soon as you book, you will receive a pdf voucher in your email. You can also find this voucher in your profile page of the website. Occasionally we will not be able to automatically fulfil your booking within a certain time limit (because a lot of Iranian hotels are still offline), and in this case we will get back to you within a day by email or phone.

What should I do after booking?

Please print the voucher and bring it with you to the hotel. Then sit back and enjoy your trip!

I received an error during booking. What do I do?

How can you charge less than the hotel?

Pintapin negotiates bulk discounts with the hotels then pass them on to our customers. In addition, as a technology company we have lower running costs than traditional agencies which means we can offer you lower prices.

What is the policy for children?

Every hotel has a different policy for children which is detailed on the hotel page and in your confirmation voucher. Typically, though, there will not be a charge for children under the age of two.

What do I do if I see a timer on the page after clicking book?

Occasionally we will not be able to fulfil your booking automatically (because a lot of Iranian hotels are still offline). If this happens, we will display a timer while contacting the hotel. If we are still unable to fulfil your order within the specified time limit, we will contact you within a day by email or phone to complete the booking process.

What do I need to bring with me to the hotel?

The voucher we have sent you by email and your passport. If you cannot find your voucher, please download it from your profile page on our website.

Can I change my booking?

Can I cancel my booking?

Sure, but let it be noted that the amount you will be refunded will differ depending on the circumstances and the hotel. If you cancel close to or after your check-in date, there may be no refund. You can find your hotel’s cancellation policy in your confirmation email.
